I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
Generally, our shoe size ranges from 5-13 US size in Men’s Footwear and Women’s Footwear there are some styles that start at size 6 US, and some up to size 11 US. Unfortunately, we do not offer sizes below 5 or above 11 US in Women’s Footwear and in Men’s Footwear is not available below 5 US or above 13 US.

Has my order been sent yet ?
You'll receive an email the minute your order is shipped with a tracking code. We'll also email you if there are any updates/changes to your order.
If you're located in the US,Europe or the UK you should be able to receive your order within 3-7 business days via Free Express delivery shipping after it ships.
If you are located outside the US, Europe or the UK you will be able to receive your order within 3-10 business days via Free Express Shipping after it ships.

Part of my order is missing
If you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please email us at jonathan@lmlclothingbyhalfwait.store.
For international customers, please check the tracking code provided to you via email to see if your package has been held at customs. You may need to pay custom fees or VAT imposed by your country on imported goods before the package can be delivered to you.

I forgot to use my discount code
No worries! We can apply a valid coupon code to your order after it's already been placed. We will issue a refund for the difference back to your card. Email us with the order number and the name the coupon code you are trying to apply by following the "contact us" link below.
